TAG is pleased to announce an upcoming TAG Financial Management Training class!

The financial class will examine the fundamentals of system integrator economics. It explores the economics of CTAP both for the TAG Member and for the end user.

Individual company spreadsheet analysis is the focus from the end of day one through the balance of day two. Each company will learn specifically what that company must do to dramatically change their financial results. It will challenge the participants to emerge from the seminar with a detailed, cogent plan for financial achievement that will change economic fundamentals in their companies.

TAG will provide a Continental Breakfast starting at 8 am each morning, and lunch on Thursday.

Arrive with yourself, your controller/office manager, your financial history and a laptop with Excel.

Fill out the Unified Communications Provider (UCP) Template that will be e-mailed to you once we have received your attendance confirmation, and forward it to gricelda@tagnational.com as far in advance of the seminar as possible. please forward as much of the above financial and payroll records, in electronic form whenever possible. Supply your financial information at least 10 business days in advance of the seminar date… do not wait until the week prior to the event.
