What to Expect
The financial class examines the fundamentals of Managed Technology Services Provider economics. It explores aspects of what we sell, how we price, billing methodologies, the economic effect of recurring revenue, and how we efficiently deliver our goods and services. Using established and proven benchmarks developed over 20 years, TAG will present Members with a granular understanding of what it takes to be profitable in every line of business.
Each attending company shall be provided with an individual detailed company analysis. An overview of this analysis will be the focus on Day Two. Arrangements will be made for a one- on-one webshare to discuss those individual results and specifically what that company must do to dramatically change their financial results. It will challenge participants to take away a detailed, cogent plan for financial achievement that will change economic fundamentals in their companies.
TAG will provide a Continental Breakfast starting at 8 am each morning, and lunch on Thursday.
What You Need to Bring
Arrive with yourself, your controller/office manager, your financial history and a laptop with Excel.
What You Must Do to Be Ready
Fill out the Unified Communications Provider (UCP) Template that will be e-mailed to you once we have received your attendance confirmation, and forward it to gricelda@tagnational.com as far in advance of the seminar as possible. Please forward as much of the above financial and payroll records, in electronic form whenever possible. Supply your financial information at least 10 business days in advance of the seminar date...DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
