Important Change to Hotel Registration Procedure

TAG Members and Partners,

STARTING TODAY YOU WILL BOOK YOUR ROOMS FOR ALL LIVE TAG TRAINING AND MTSP MEETINGS DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL

In the past, when registering for a live class, you were given the option to book a hotel room directly through TAG. Effective TODAY you will now be directed to our group registration page on the hotel's website to book your room. This way you are dealing directly with the hotel and will be able to contact them to make any changes and or cancellations and you will receive your own confirmation email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A HOTEL IS NOT POSTED ON THE EVENT CALANDER YET?

If we have posted a class on the event calendar but the hotel has not yet been selected, you will be notified to book your room when the hotel is secured and will be provided a link and or group code and phone number.

We will still be negotiating group rates for you so that has not changed. Please do NOT book your room until you have received notice and a link from us as you will not get the discounted rate.

BOOKING YOUR HOTEL ROOMS SHOULD BE DONE IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID A PRICE INCREASE OR A SOLD OUT HOTEL

Also, you should book your room ASAP because the hotel provides a cutoff date (usually 2 weeks before the start of the class) and they release any rooms left in our block back to the general public. This could result in an increase in rate or a sold out hotel. So please do not delay.

WHAT IF I'VE ALREADY REGISTERED FOR A LIVE TRAINING OR MTSP MEETING?

As for anyone that has already registered for a class and requested a room before this change took place, I will be contacting you on your next step. Please bear with us during this transition.
