We're excited to add directly to the LMS a customer facing version of the Operational Management: Supportive Accountability Webinar along with a slide deck that you can use.

In this session, we changed out the technical operation specifics and focused on sales, marketing, and more generic topics that could be of help to your prospects and chamber members.

You can have the best ideas and intentions in the world but unless you put it in place, it accomplishes nothing. Building an expectation of accountability with your team in regard to your business is key to drive efficient, profitable delivery that exceeds expectations. In other words, this session will help you learn how to get your team to do the work and processes that you need to succeed.
