Brandon Stewart Joins TAG

We're excited to announce that Brandon Stewart has joined TAG as our new Technical Advancement Advisor! Brandon brings with him a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in Managed Technology Service Provider (MTSP) operations and the MTSP Channel. Brandon will play a pivotal role in supporting the adoption of best practices in technical operations and delivering comprehensive training, guidance, and consultation to TAG Members.

Prior to joining TAG, Brandon gained valuable experience with MSPs in Texas, where he gained expertise across various facets of the service organization, including technical support, system administration, and acting as a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) for SMB to Mid-Market Enterprise Clients. He later partnered with Jonathan at The 20 Group, as Member Success Manager, where he oversaw onboarding new Members, implemented advanced Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managed escalations within the service delivery framework.
