Brandon Stewart, Technical Advancement Advisor

Brandon Stewart plays a pivotal role in supporting the adoption of best practices in technical operations and delivering comprehensive training, guidance, and consultation for TAG Members. Leveraging extensive experience in Managed Technology Service Provider (MTSP) operations, Brandon excels in identifying opportunities for project work and customer advancement, optimizing operational procedures and processes, and enhancing the efficiency and productivity of technical teams.

Before joining TAG, Brandon demonstrated a strong track record in process creation, service delivery, and customer experience. His journey began at an MSP, where he gained expertise across various facets of the service organization, from technical support, system administration to acting as a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) for SMB to Mid-Market Enterprise Clients and then as Member Success Manager, overseeing the onboarding and advisement of new Members on technology stacks, implementing advanced Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing escalations within the service delivery framework.

Brandon further honed his skills as a Sales Engineer at ConnectWise, where he cultivated his passion for Managed Service Provider operations and process automation. During his tenure, Brandon expanded his expertise to encompass business operations and finance, gaining a deeper understanding of how these areas intersect with IT services. He developed the ability to translate IT costs into tangible business needs, effectively demonstrating the value and necessity of the IT department to organizational success. This skillset enabled Brandon to bridge the gap between technical solutions and strategic business goals, reinforcing the critical role of IT within the broader business infrastructure. His wealth of experience and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset to the TAG team.
