Bryan Flores serves as the Technology Advancement Advisor at TAG, where he helps Members strengthen their service delivery, streamline onboarding, and adopt new technologies with confidence. Bryan brings a project manager's discipline to the advisory role — turning complex, client-facing technology initiatives into repeatable, scalable processes that Members can put to work right away, backed by hands-on training in Python for Data Science, AI & Development that keeps him fluent in the emerging tools shaping the industry.
Bryan built his career in the Managed Services Provider and IT infrastructure world, leading concurrent, client-facing projects and consistently delivering them on time, within scope, and on budget. As an IT Project Manager at BlueKey IT Services, he led MSP onboarding and cloud migration projects for small and mid-sized clients across multi-location organizations, owning planning, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and delivery timelines throughout. Earlier, as a Project Manager at Better Box Contents, he managed multiple simultaneous infrastructure projects while leading a technician team to a strong on-time, within-scope completion record.
Across his roles, Bryan has become known for building tracking systems, standardized SOPs, and documentation that make high-volume delivery predictable. This level of operational rigor translates directly into value for TAG Members. His areas of expertise span project lifecycle and portfolio management, client onboarding, cloud migrations, Agile and sprint planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, workflow optimization, and systems implementation.
Bryan holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Network+ certifications, along with training in Python for Data Science, AI & Development. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University — proof that a supply chain-focused degree can lead anywhere; Bryan traded physical logistics for digital ones and never looked back. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, he's a multi-instrumentalist (guitar, drums, piano) who also spends his free time learning languages like Korean and Turkish because managing complex IT projects apparently wasn't enough of a puzzle.
