Join us from June 13-14th for the annual Gateway to Success event brought to you by the Business Technology Association (BTA) being held at the Fairmont Austin Hotel in Austin, TX. This event is open to dealers from across the country and will feature educational seminars, dealer panel discussions, technology exhibitions featuring vendors and sponsors, and an exclusive keynote address from author and leadership development expert Ted Ma as well as featured speaker, John Hey, president and founder of Strategic Business Associates. At this event, you will gain industry knowledge on the latest trends, innovative technology, and equipment, as well as have the ability to network with peers and industry leaders.
This year, BTA's Gateway to Success will address subjects that will encourage a thriving business with topics from leadership, strategic business, sales, service tactics, rebranding, and much more. The keynote address speaker this year will be Ted Ma, an award-winning motivational speaker, author, and leadership development expert from San Francisco, CA. With his mission to "build better leaders to build a better future," he will address the many challenges leaders face in their operations; from fostering an engaging workforce and cultivating a culture that keeps employees from leaving, to effective communication and the importance of developing new leaders. Featured speaker, John Hey, president and founder of Strategic Business Associates will discuss ways to successfully sell a business and the importance of creating an exit strategy. Hey, who became president and owner of his company in 1985, grew his business from $5 million in sales to over $170 million and now has more than 1,250 workers.
The panel discussions, moderated by Sarah Henderson, director of MPS and professional services at the Clover Imaging Group, will cover topics in assessment strategies, contract management, and service tactics.
