New Technical Operations Specialist

We’re excited to announce that Trevor Bohannan has joined TAG as our new Technical Operations Specialist!
Trevor has an extensive 15-year background in IT, with stints as a System Administrator and as a Project Manager. In his role at National Oilwell, Trevor was responsible for leading large-scale acquisition projects consisting of bringing a multitude of locations into one corporate network and combining all the technologies together into one set of standards. Most recently Trevor worked as a project manager for NewQuest Technologies, a Texas-based MSP, where he led server implementations, Office 365 migrations, infrastructure cabling, WAN/LAN upgrades, and physical security integrations. He also has a background in recruiting and training both IT technical staff and physical security technicians.
Trevor has completed many industry trainings and certifications such as Datto Certified Advanced Technician, Axis Certified Professional, and is a Bosch BVMS Professional.
Trevor leverages his vast MTSP experience and expertise to help TAG Members identify opportunities for project work and customer advancement, streamline operational procedures and processes, and enhance the proficiency and productivity of technical staff.

As we often say, nothing at an MTSP is easy, but operations can be especially challenging. It was TAG’s objective to have an additional resource with MSP experience that could bolster our technical operations team to give TAG an additional footprint and depth into helping drive the maturity phases of our Members’ MTSP operations. Trevor’s background and experience does just that!
We are thrilled that Trevor has joined our team because our talents and expertise complement each other extraordinarily well, which will greatly benefit our Membership.
